Absence Policy
- Please keep absences to a minimum. GOTR International allows a 4 absence maximum.
- If your daughter is absent from school we will assume she will be absent from GOTR.
- If your daughter is at school but comes home sick or for some other reason will not be at GOTR please e-mail Mrs. Garner at egarner@oaklandchristian.com.
Pick Up Policy:
- Please pick up your daughter in the elementary lobby at 4:30.
- Any girls not picked up by 4:45 will be sent to Omega (for the usual fee).
Injury/Illness Policy:
- Several of our coaches are first aid and CPR certified.
- If your daughter has any special medical needs (inhaler, epi-pen, etc) that were not mentioned on her form please e-mail Mrs. Garner egarner@oaklandchristian.com with an explanation.
